About our Founder:
agencyone was founded in 2004 by Amir Feinsilber to address the lack of automation technology and transparency in the industry. With a computer science and gaming background, Amir utilized his passion coding video games and built several lead generating websites and a rudimentary CRM platform. After being in the business for 2 years, Amir decided to grow his team to handle the flow of business and inadverdantly created the brokerage that exists today with several hundred family associates across multiple states. Our tech-centric brokerage empowers our associates with a "brokerage in a box" platform with A.I. technology for enhanced automation, 1-on-1 support and a "Family First" approach for every agent who is a member of our team.

About Our Manager:
Benny Feinsilber is a graduate of the University of Washington Foster Business School and joined agencyone as Managing Broker after completing 3 years of experience as a real estate broker. Benny has shown a lifelong interest in real estate and not only manages multiple Airbnb properties, but brings amazing marketing expertise and customer support for our family of associates. Benny has worked for various Fortune 500 companies in a marketing role and brings that synergy to our brokerage expansion plans and integrations to our award winning CRM platform.
